How do I use the loyalty app?

Download the IMOOPTIK app from Google Play or the App Store and register. Show your QR code in the app at every purchase in the store; we'll scan it and apply your discount and cashback automatically—no action needed on your part.

What benefits do I get in the app?

5% cashback on every purchase added to your app wallet from your very first purchase. A 25% birthday discount on sunglasses or prescription frames immediately after registration. A permanent 15% discount on frames and sunglasses for loyal customers, starting after your first completed purchase.

When do I get the 15% discount?

The 15% discount is for loyal customers. If you haven't shopped with us yet, you'll get 5% cashback on your first purchase and automatically become a loyal customer after it—starting with a 15% discount on frames and sunglasses from your second purchase. If you've shopped with us before, your discount is active immediately after accepting our app invitation or showing it in-store.

How does cashback work?

5% of the amount you pay (after all discounts) is credited to your app wallet from every purchase. When shopping again at any IMOOPTIK store, just let us know you want to use cashback—your QR code will be scanned and your available balance deducted from the purchase. Cashback can be used on any products or services, is valid for one year from purchase, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

What if there's a promotion with a discount higher than 15%?

Discounts don't stack—you always get the better deal. For example, if there's a 30% sale, you receive 30%. The 5% cashback always applies and will be credited even on discounted purchases.

Does the 15% discount apply to prescription lenses?

No. The 15% discount applies only to frames and sunglasses, not to prescription lenses—even when buying complete glasses, the discount applies only to the frame price. However, you still earn 5% cashback on the total amount including lenses. If you bring your own frame for new prescription lenses, you get a 10% discount on lenses and edging plus 5% cashback on the total. The 10% lens discount can't be combined with other discounts.

Do benefits apply to services, accessories, and eye exams?

Currently, discounts do not apply to repairs, accessories (cases, cleaning products, eye drops, etc.), eye exams, contact lens fittings, or related accessories. However, you do earn 5% cashback on repairs and accessories. We are working on adding benefits for contact lenses and eye exams.
